All Champions Should Have Their ULT Status Visible

As per patch 5.2, other champions can once again see how many stacks Akali has of her ult. In order to make this fair, all champions should have a visible buff or timer that shows if their ult is available.

R - Shadow Dance RANGE 800 ⇒ 700 CLARITY! Fixed a bug where Shadow Dance stacks were not visible to other champions

How is it fair that Akali's ult status is visible when no other champions' is?

EDIT:

The point of this was satire. Let me be perfectly clear: No ULT status should be visible to anyone other than the controlling player, not even Akali's.

Or you just pay attention and communicate with your team when an enemy or friendly ult is used. If all ults were able to be viewed for timers, teams would utilize this for engaging team fights, pushing etc... teams that communicate can do this, why take this advantage away from players who do not solo Yolo all the time?

This was supposed to be satirical. I'll edit it to reflect that. I want Akali's ULT hidden from her opponents.

Because her's utilizes stacks. The cooldown is also so short that you really don't get any strategic advantage knowing if she has her ult, because she will. Also her ult cannot be escaped. Once she get's on you, she can and will use all three of those stacks and you can't get away so it's only fair you know how many stacks she has. I believe when Ahri ults, you also see how many dashes she has left.
