2 games and 2 afkers

so what are the odds of playing 2 ranked games in 1 night and getting 1 afker and 1 rager who feeds and bitches the whole game and afks in jungle? Oh in LoL na ranked about an 89% chance. and will those people get punished, No they will not because the moved every few minutes and anyone who raged could have been reported and they could get punished for having an afker/feeder on their team. I just lost a 4v5 when we had 18 more kills and pushing lanes. but when you get to late game 1 less champ is a lot. so GG to riot being behind the curve and not punishing the afkers/feeders in ranked. and yes i sent in tickets with both players names.
