every time i see an ad shaco they always just q in and one shot both carries before anyone can react then q out before we can kill him. how do u fight him if the only warning to when he's coming is so brief that unless you're looking in the stop he q'ed from?

his q has like... a 10-11 second cd from after breaking stealth. and if he's strong enough to one shot both carries, that game is already lost, as that would take him being 10+/0 by 20 minutes lol.
a counter pick is more useful than trying to fight him with just anybody, some characters are just naturally better suited to handle such things (easier said than done since i havnt found the key) and building properly to handle it, in a 1v1 you can pretty much forget about it less you have good aim and hard CC, rely on overall Cc and utility from allies to take him down

Don't travel alone as a squishy, don't stay in lane when having low health, dont stay ANYWHERE while having low health.
If he can one shot you, it means that you're doing something wrong, maybe you FED him (because he's only strong when fed)
His Q's invisibility lasts 3.5 seconds, your red trinket lasts 10. Keep a pink on you at all times, people underestimate the usefulness of Pink Wards when playing against Shaco or any stealth champs.
Getting 1 shotted as a carry? Get GA.
