Make drakes stronger

Since the new season, the dominating team can have two drakes at 11 minuts of game. I'm Ok with the fact riot wanted to value early game, but now I feel like my games are sealed after 17 minuts EVEN IF the score is kinda balanced.

Make the drakes strongger or I don't know but don't let junglers have such a terrible importance on the whole game.
