Because well, when a no mana champion who spends his time spamming are Q who regenerate HP in the waves, when do I actually kill him ?

He takes a bad trade, let's play safe under the T2 at 6 minutes of play, he put 2-3 Q in a waves, and it gets better Besides, we're still waiting for him to get his nerf.

You beat him by having enough damage to actually kill him along with having the means to hurt him in the first place.

Goodluck doing any of that if you don't have the damage.

Not really Q and R , To heal , E and W to take blood from him

He still doesn't use W that much , his E is not that huge of loss of blood it's compensated by how much he heals from Q

You having a hard time killing him? xD his early game should be abused as much as possible if your playing a super burst champion at lvl 2 like Talon/Katarina/Fizz/Zoe

if you want to scale with him/for late game Kassadin/Malzahar/Swain/Galio/Brand/Diana/Orianna these champions can lane early and scale late game so you have a higher chance of winning if vlads team behind or else he R's and all the dmg his team is doing will do more dmg once it goes off etc.
