You do know that even if he hasn't have that much true damage yasou also has 2x crit and wen he uses his ult he gains true damage so he is already broken. But if you think that's anoying then you never stept in a broken full ap teemo shrum.
The First 16 minutes of the game he didn't even have it, and than the first two people he tested it on, were on squishy target who had zero armor and were very behind. Yasuo would of done that exact same damage before the IE rework to those people ._. AND ITS THE PBE where literally everyone is garbage.
