We all know this item and i think i massivly needs a buff. Its barely played and i personally never seen it. its mainly for dps hibrids but it dosnt have a lot of value so it needs a buff so it can get more value. Im thinking to give it attack speed and more ad or ap and make it cost less. dont overdue it but it massively needs a buff.

Robins Tights2 votesI think that its current passive should activate immediately when reaching full stacks. That way you're forced to push to keep it active in lane, or so you feel like you aren't gimped in the jungle (for kayle/jax/even Aatrox could make use of it)

Falling below 50% health grants +15% Spellvamp, +12% Lifesteal, +20% Attack Speed, and +16% Movement Speed Cooldown: 30 > 25
I think it would be really cool for this item to be viable. It's interesting, that as the fight goes on you become significantly more powerful. Imagine this on Olaf (the AP would be kinda useless though). Getting him low would be extremely dangerous, or Jax with his passive basically gaining an extra 4%.

RagnorokSP1 votessomething needs to be done with it to make it usable right now it just doesnt give the stats for the price like back in the day sure but now it doesnt fit in with the ap items getting lots more ap and alot of good ad items getting health it just doesnt do enough like even if your going hybird going for somthing like nashors is better cus it will give u the attack speed and more ap and cdr to boot i would love to use it again it just need to be buff up to be effective for the gold
