Do you think its possible for 4 challenger players playing on smurfs to have 1 guy go afk every game and still boost that one guy to diamond?

Nope, impossible. The system would penalize the afk guy every game.
If the guy sat at fountain clicking around then yes. Easily. At least to diamond II
well unless you somehow mange to fool the leaverbuster system that would be impossible
lol why do people like boosting in this game... This is not call of duty. earn the rank by yourself.
Unless it was pro/challenger series players, probably not. At the most they would get to high plat/low diamond
