Intentional sabotage in ranked games

We all agree that people who intentionally try to sabotage games exist. I woke up this morning planning to play some fun ranked games this weekend.

First game: I had a 3 man bot with fiddle sticks and an annie support with an ashe. The fiddlesticks followed annie everywhere and he had flash clairvoyance. Second Game: 4 ragers with people all playing roles they don't want to play.

Lets look at the lineup for game 2: Top lane Malphite (he did well was pleasant compared to the other players) Jungle: Vi with devourer and then he built triforce and kept arguing and insulting the support and they just went at it all game Mid lane was me and I was playing Azir. I didn't do the best but this isn't a problem with me not winning, I know I could win if I played better possibly but this is about the fact that intentional feeders/griefers need to be removed from the game. ADC: we had a silver 5 draven playing against gold 2 jinx who was scripting.

Now while I'm the one sitting mid and trying to roam and help my team I have my whole team arguing with me and with everyone else. VI consistently called me and the braum support stupid. The draven just gave up and started building troll items like first item essence reaver and last whisper.

I want to know what riot is planning to do about these people? I was once a very nasty player but then I got banned and was able to think about what I did wrong and I learned to take breaks. I am no longer toxic. But why do I have to play with this? Don't give me the bullshit of "if your good enough you can carry bad players" yes I can carry "bad" players but there is a difference between a bad player who is trying to work together and listens to what you are saying and a intentional griefer.
