i hope thats a bug too. and 14% on her w without any way to play around this shit is just as stupid.

Dont see in issue if its just on kills and not assists as vayne tends to lifesteal more than her health bar half the time.(early game she justs uses it for 1v1`s so DOT is the only thing it will save her from)

It's when a champion dies who she has damaged in the last 3 seconds, kinda like Kat passive.

True, but she doesn't have to kill them just be a part of that damage.

So assists do count, it's just in a small time frame.
