Just a thought but should Riot consider KDA when giving or taking away LP? I mean i could go 0/10/2 and get myself boosted all I want as long as my team gets the win, I get a decent amount of LP considering that poor performance. Or what if i go 20/2 and lose the game with 20 or so LP, shouldn't I lose less LP since I did well but couldn't carry to the win in the end?

No, it should not. It would encourage people to get more focused on kills than they already are. The game is about helping your team win. If it's by getting kills, sure, but that is no more valid than other ways of helping team win (objective control, etc), all that matters, and should matter, and the end is whether the team wins or loses.
