"I'm drunk"
Why do players announce this in all chat? It just makes me view the player as annoying and likely to do poorly in game, using their "drunkness" as an excuse to feed.

I feed when i get drunk, because I feed when I'm sober. Just means I'm bad :D
Well... people are usually annoying when they are drunk, and may play poorly as well. Maybe they are making the statement in good faith with the team?
Don't see "I'm Drunk" as much as "I'm so stoned, wasted, high (pick your term). If your to drunk, stoned to play, I don't need to know and please don't play ranked is all. Stay in normals, aram, bots, all good.
they should have a report option for "playing while encumbered"
just as unmotivating as "first time". Just keep these facts to yourself. Dont tilt your team just for the heck of tilting them, jeez.
i was drunk when i got my MF fed and then she preceded to have a perfect game 13/0/4
sometimes it may be them just making excuses for feeding but i know from experience that a lot of the time they are just legitimately drunk and (being drunk) they want to do fun things that they enjoy (like playing league) but they also realize that since they are drunk theres a distinct chance of them doing badly or at least not as well as they normally would when they are sober so they tell people so their team can play with this in mind (not trying any super tricking plays involving them, their support not going too aggressive etc)
id guess that they sometimes choose to announce it in all cat because they are drunk, they are happy and giddy and they just want to have a fun goofy game
