he needs a longer cooldown on his ultimate, he shouldn't kill someone and have it back when they return

if you are having trouble against fizz, try him out, get a feel for his playstyle yourself. it may be strong but if you understand it, you can then counter it, either by positioning or by knowing a fizz counter by first hand experience. dont believe someone is overpowered, just learn to overcome the challenge, league isnt chess where everything is balanced perfectly. there are variables on every character that need to be considered and understood by each player. adapt and overcome.

ive played fizz 3 times and ive never done it well. im not a fizz main, i have never claimed to be. Every champion is "overpowered" in the right situation. and everyone of them has a counter that has been discovered. even Fizz.

What champions were you playing? Fizz has questionable team fights and 0 presence in sieging, poking scenarios, also can't waveclear for his team without dying, if he has to defend mid. I've won countless games against Fizz (he usually gets fed, but if you don't run 1 by 1 on the map, he can't do much at all)
