What if Drakes gave an additional bonus in certain parts of a map?

For instance, let's say Ocean Drake's power is increased in the river, Mountain Drake gave a little something extra near turrets, Wind Drakes a bonus in fog of war, and the Infernal Drake perhaps a boost in the jungle.

Obviously there would be a bit of an upset in balance as with any change. But I think it would be interesting and add to the strategy of Drakes. Also, it could be fine-tuned to bring the Drakes on an even level of worth (imo current Ocean Drake is somewhat underwhelming, Mountain/WInd are equal, while infernal reigns supreme).
