Getting annoyed

I got to p4 in EUW and p5 in EUNE, but people still keep saying that diamond 1 in EUNE is like P5 in EUW.

We all know that both eu servers are etter than turkey, on par with rus server, a lot better than latino servers, and most likely better than NA, cos i easily got to g4 70% winrate in na playing woth 140 ms from europe there.
