FYI Yi's Alpha Strike in ARURF is off cd faster than many champion's attack animations
Don't know if this is intended or not. Seems like a glaring oversight but I didn't make the most popular game of all time so what do I know.

S V 1 votesYou have Essence Reaver + RageBlade + Natural -1 Second off Q cooldown per Auto Attack + URF 80% CDR ---> Probably not intended but nonetheless op. imo, URF should have been left alone with no nerfs on champions and abilities but instead buffs on the lesser champions played. The reason why I like urf was for the insane damage output and spammage and how crazy it is contrasted to normal gameplay... and then they nerfed urf type champs last year and the year before it along with the random aspect.

need some tuning down. It's not fun fighting a champ you can't even fight in fact because they're untargettable 24/7
