So ive been playing super safe

Been playing very safe, letting enemy laner push me on bot lane if needed due to their outstanding pokes and bot lane comp with support. I've noticed a trend though, in situations like that it is a call for your jg to gank since they are at the turret, but i feel they seldom arrive.

THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT TO JG!

Im just wondering what I should then do If i am being forced to give turrets? That being said it can get hard to cs under turret when you are being poked to heck even when next/behind a turret due to enemies not being afraid of taking just 1 turret shot. (this due to the fact that they are obviously doing well and have items by this point)

The only things you can do if you can't farm under turret are:

Farm the jungle camps and remind your jungler to gank your lane when they can.
Roam to another lane and try to apply pressure there.

So I do the jg farming already. Sometimes the jungler doesnt show up until after tier 2 tower is taken. But im sure you can guess by then the whole entire game is my fault because i have next to no cs and no kills most likely.

That being said, i am flamed for the rest of the game and people pay even less attention to my pings for help. Its a snowball effect of always adc s fault... Dont know how to play the role w/o it.

Well it depends. If opponents is so much stronger than you, that he can molest u under turret, how safe would it be for jungler to gank? Situations like that usually lead to double kill for opponent. It also depends what champion you play.
