Are armor pen marks still the thing to go? or is flat AD better now? ive always used armor pen but ive seen a alot of people just go flat AD instead. my current Rengar runes are 9x Armor Pen Reds, 9x Armor Yellows, 9x CDR Blues, 3x AD quints. im saving for 1 CDR quint to get more ults off as well. my current build is (not upgraded) i dont like the new last whisper or its upgrades so i build shiv for crits instead. I have pretty decent success with this set up. if you have any suggestions/tips please let me know!

You runes are ok but if you like you can swap AD quints for Armor Pen. I normally upgrade to warrior since the game is more focused on early but that is up to your choice. Also since Trinity is bugged with Rengar i prefer to get Rapid Fire Cannon and get 100% crit. In late you can swap Ravenous for Titanic becuase Titanic is a full AA that can crit instead of an active. If the games really extend you can sell boots and buy Essence Reaver.

That's your problem.

You'll be able to delete the ADC but against anyone else you're gonna have a bad time. Get used to the new Last Whisper.
