Flat HP/Scaling HP Runes
I'm building a rune page for tanky supports thresh/leona/braum etc. I'm wondering if the flat HP or scaling HP Runes are better before I go and spend IP on the wrong runes

Flat health forsure...
Scaling supports is worthwhile. Pretty easy to throw a gold gen quint or 2 in there as well. I think itd be more worth your while to go for the scaling armor and mr runes though. I like to take scaling ad as well with gold gen quints. There are so many cd items for supports you can get away with just build 40 cdr with items.
