Funny Old Death Recap Bug Thread

I just wanted to make an DR bug thread, because I'm bored. Post your funny recaps in comments. I'll start.

1. I was ulted by a Zed. Saw the ult animation and damage done by the mark, they also appeared in death recap. Only problem? There was NO Zed in that game.
2. I was somewhere in the river, enemy Kha was top. I got instakilled by Taste their fear, from across the map. Not even Kha knew what the fuck has happened.
3. Took 1800 true damage from a... caster minion? OK...
4. Not a death recap, just bonus content: I was hit by an ally Cait's ultimate. It dealt negative damage, but still interrupted my recall.
