Janna Nerfs Justified?

This isn't a thread filled with me just whining to Riot to 'fix' a champion or whatever, I'm GENUINELY asking why Janna was nerfed so badly, and if she's considered to be in a healthy spot right now. I can definitely understand why Janna deserved to be nerfed some, she was **easily ** one of, if not THE strongest support for a while, but she had gotten nerfed patch after patch, multiple times in a row. Finally, more recently, her E degrades over time, so now I'm sitting here wondering... Was all of that necessary? Again, ALL of it, not saying she didn't deserve to be nerfed, but to THIS extent? I'm really hoping someone can explain to me what she does so extremely well that no other support in the game can do.

Yes because she's insanely overloaded.

And I don't mean that as a buzzword. I mean she actually does way too much and crowds out a lot of champs in her sub-class.

Because Janna is so good at stopping plays, no one even tries to make any against her. Riot wants to see plays at Worlds.

She either dominates the meta or isn't played. That champ needs to lose some of her strengths if she's ever gonna sit in a healthy spot.

''for a while'' 5 years. 5 fucking years. She just reached highest peak because of all the ardent shit. What do you mean nerfed patch after patch? She was nerfed twice in the spawn of S7 - S8. One of them being -5 ms & -5 dmg on her W. The other one was the actual important one. Her E degrades because it gives bonus AD stats. Otherwise it too would be only a 3s shield like Lulus.
