The camera is 99% of the time in botlane, or jungle when someone invades or gets caught, xd, top laners are non existent in the games, im really, really tired of seeing kai'sa, why the fuk is she open every time? is 100% pick ban, junglers also most likely are tanks, this is the most boring worlds i've ever seen

Tanks are picked because you can do decently with them when ahead or behind.
Behind on a juggernaut? You either won't have the damage necessary to do your job, making you a shitty version of a tank, or you won't have the defenses to do your job, making you a shitty version of an ADC. Behind on a diver? You're like an assassin without enough damage and without a way out. Behind on a tank? Usually you have enough base defenses to not die after you get your kit off, assuming you leave quickly, and you can just take a more backline protective approach rather than trying to engage.
Kai'sa hasn't been winning much, from what I've heard. She's let through because people are expecting to win against her by using an early game strong champion, because she's fucking useless before two items.
Tanks are extremely economically efficient. They will be useful no matter what in a pro's hands even if they fall behind in gold. So play a tank as top or lose. Same logic for ordinary players, play a tank and climb.
You realize you are watching JUST the Play-Ins right? The top teams haven't even played yet.

Aatrox isn't a tank. Lissandra isn't a tank. Camille isn't a tank.
Urgot is rather tanky. But he has some punch too.
As for Jungle
Jarvan, Camille and graves aren't tanks.
Gragas can be a tank but even he is sometimes built AP instead.
Olaf isn't a Tank.
Nidalee isn't a tank.
Skarner isn't a tank.
I mean yeah, I'd rather see a game with all squishies turn into a blood bath. But that isn't the way one is consistently going to win at the pro level.
