Urgot Tahm bug

if urgot has tahm tethered to his ultimate and tahm falls to <25% hp at any point urgot can execute, turning tahm into urgot and they teleport. not entirely sure if the teleport is based on urgot cursor and if you can port across the map, or if its just ~700 units.
