No one plays it any more. Riot solved the bot problem but they're still all over Twisted Treeline

So then they at least fix their approximation times. Back when it initially came out, it would tell you, the approximate waiting time would be around 8-15 minutes. So why is it now always consistently saying it'll take less than 3 minutes, but ends up almost always taking up time in the double digits. It's like you would think with the advancement of time, they would've improved, not worsen.
