Ranked game where our mid lane DC's immediately after game starts, never leaves fountain never buys items. No remake

Ranked game where enemy team has a member do the same thing as above. They get a remake even after loosing first blood

I buy items, go to lane and stand under tower then let my dog outside for 1 minute, come back and team has been given a remake vote, 3 people say no. Game is remade.

Just the icing on the cake for this shitty game. Whatever the ruling for remakes is it seems arbitrary as all hell, not like I'd expect much else from you monkeys.
