Anyone else think this game has gotten a little ridiculous?

It used to be a great game, but now it seems like riot is trying too hard, and implementing things that are just stupid. we have a champ that spawn random tentacles, can make it where you can get tentacles spawned on you if you get hit by set ability or whatever. We have a reworked poppy that can knock you half way across the map now.

I really feel like riot ruined a good game. Its not even fun anymore honestly. its not really strategic, its just whoever can get kills fastest it seems like.
