How does ashes new passive and infinity edge work together? does anyone know for sure? I guess there would be no point on building IE on Ashe if she doesn't get some kind of bonus from it.

it multiplies her crit bonus by 1.5 if you have no crit runes and only an IE her passive would give 110% (+30) if you added phantom dancer her passive would give 110% (+82.5)

She does. There's a formula that includes both crit chance and crit damage.
