The only ADCs who are stupid right now are Graves and possibly MF.
Meanwhile, Tanks are ripping the game a new one because ADCs lost 60-70 raw AD late game and a large chunk of their armor pen.

no im pretty sure its their one build option with with at most a bork or defense item that made them stale

I think the update produced two more overtuned champs Graves and MF and then the rest are just now more gimmicky
