So, I'm getting conflicting information...

Is LoL a team game, or am I expected to carry every single game because my teammates are unreliable? Because I've heard this from whenever I try to go either way. Either KSing is bad, or getting too many assists is bad. There's no balance in this. You either give all your kills to the team or take every single kill the team offers.
