It really is. There's nothing involving your normal SR meta, no map awareness really required, no CS'ing, no wave control, etc.

Maybe but it's hard for people to take that seriously when you are B5

Mostly though, this game mode is for fun. I don't think too many people take it that seriously

It's not like it has any connection to the main game anyway. Most of the times what you need to climb in ELO is good decision making, this new gamemode requires zero for you to succeed.
