Taric Changes on PBE

I know this won't be looked at much cuz of the Kayn hype but I wanted to take a moment to discuss the changes to Taric's E that's currently on PBE...

For those who aren't in the know:

Taric Base Mana Regen Per 5 increased from 5 to 8.5. Mana regen growth Per 5 lowered from 1 to 0.8 Dazzle (E): Cooldown changed from 15 at all ranks to 17/16/15/14/13 Magic damage increased from 60/105/150/240 to 100/145/190/235/280 Stun duration changed from 1/1.125/1.25/1.375/1.5 to 1.25 at all ranks

I'm amazed that the base damage on E has been increased so much and kinda think it will be supperr strong especially for the small amounts of Taric top players. What are people's thoughts?

Looks like a decent buff to his early game trading, but his late game is worse with that duration nerf.

These changes make me a sad and dull gem dude. Survivability is probably what you're going for if your picking Taric so Q and W have a higher priority than e so damage buffs are nothing really. If you want more damage in the laning phase play a ranged champ that doesn't have to choose between life and damage.
