Pool Party Taric Visual Bug

I'm not sure if it's only me, but every time I use the Pool Party Taric skin the link from w moves oddly and flashes and fades as you move. I really like the skin but it's kind of distracting at times to be honest, so I try to stay away from using it

It happen to me as well and it make me loose focus as it flash ... it's annoying.

I Still have the bug (EUW here) and it appears only when i use my camera lock on spacebar. And It does it for my allies too. Here's a video :
