No Compensation For Disconnected Players in Ranked?

I played about 5-6 games today and had 2 disconnects 1 rage quit (he was bored). To top it off one of the enemy players were taunting us saying "hahahaha" and "too easy" and "1v1 ill do it with 1 hand" (Didnt think people actually said this) . I think i speak for everyone when saying this isnt fair for the people that connect and if they are stomping, having to wait 20 minutes without afking just to surrender. Can riot address this problem, its just not fair to other players that join the game.. This really makes it hard to climb ranks
