We need to rework a lot of champs @Riot

Adcs are barely played at worlds at the bot lane, and if there is. It's only Kaisa, Xayah, or Ezreal. As of right now for current worlds meta, we clearly only see a few adcs played and more AP carries at the bot lane being played. What happened to the variety of adcs being played at bot lane? Or why is it that Yasuo and Garen can go bot lane without being severely punished. As you can see, at worlds they can build tank and garen and not have to really worry about csing since he only needs to be the frontline. This is clearly a sign that the state of our champs are too unhealthy for the state of the game. Instead of making new champs, Riot you should rework the old champs so they can be in a clean state of the game. It's not who or what champs, because there are a lot of champs that need reworking to become playable for the overpowered 1 shot current meta. What happened to our top lane tanks? They aren't played anymore because they get raped by conqueror or true damage champs that just heal and deal too much damage.

It would also be nice if we can change or hotfix a lot of items. No one uses stormrazors or frozen heart. You either revert stormrazor or rework the item entirely. For frozenheart you can probably just add health to it and make it an item people would want to buy.

Edit: Also I like the morde and pantheon rework, because they are actually balanced.
