Literaly every single game they pick either

Sounds like you should play Teemo and Ban Quinn
Ban Garen and let the Trynd through. Garen might group and contribute if he starts to lose in lane, Tryndamere can be counted on to charge at top lane like an overly dedicated Lemming.
Then you just need a tank who can CC lock his ass down if he ever tries tower diving you. I recommend Poppy. Let him try to dive you, slam his ass into a wall, then pop W when his ult is starting to run out so he can't press E and escape what should be a legitimate death. Plus, she gains massive amounts of armor, her passive is useful for fighting him, and her ult is a valuable disengage tool if he ever starts to win a fight.
i ban tryndamere, hes a monster in teamfights garen even if god tier has matchups that he can get stomped in like you cant gank me 
What is wrong with this community? You all cry /buff need before the dust settles and Meddler and co knee jerk buff and need ruining the game further. I hate to remind you but for like 5 months nobody picked Quinn or Wukong. And when they became popular the cries happened.
Any gold plus garen is getting his ass kicked in lane because he has soooooo many counters. Renekton / Sion / Ornn / Chogath.......all of which are about to be buffed anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Garen has a higher than 50% win rate in plat / diamond it's simply because at higher ratings junglers understand counters so help with garens weak lane phase. Yet in low Elo he doesn't need it. Catch 22. Give it a month that rate will drop as people counter him.
Before we cry nerf shall we wait and see what counters and playstyles appear given time? Remember swain?????????? Buff! Buff! Riot buff! Oh wait wtf he's broken!!!!!??
And trynds a pain in the ass I'll grant you. I want to jump under a train when I lane Vs him but (again) a good jungler can help you shut him down early and get him behind. If you don't have that yes he'll just push until he's unkillable.
And you know Garen didn't get a single bloody buff for TWO years!!!!! After the juggernaught rework and several item nerfs that indirectly needed him. Meanwhile champs like Yasuo get immediate compensation buffs the moment any patch changes hit that weekend them. Consider that. Conqueror catapulted Yas to pro play and any negative change since has been met with Yas buffs.
