Swain - Feature Request

After the new Swain rework is released, is there any chance that we could have it so that when you get a kill while playing as Swain, there's like a 1% chance that the announcer will say, "You have Swain an enemy"?

Or better yet, if they ever introduce announcer packs, a Swain one could say it.
