Lee buffs casually slipped in with more prominent reworks

Good one RIto, you're always good at slipping in nonsensical buffs under the radar. Lee did not need unnecessary buffs to be more "accessible." Make a sandbox mode like people have asked for so they can practice more complex champs instead of some made up reason because you have 10 skins for him in the pipeline and world championship coming up for those big BIGPLAY$. Glad I don't play SR anymore considering how almost every change in the past few patches have been terrible.
