Make it so you can only honor ONE person per game. Or maybe one person on each team. Right now it is a meaningless spam click that no one even thinks about.
This could make getting honor and giving it more rewarding for both sides.

That's kind of stupid, to be honest, Honor is already meaningful...it's just that when people vote, they vote because they want to. Having 1 vote or 5 available doesn't change whether someone will vote, therefore there's no change...but there's a change in it being meaningful if you're only allowed to do 1 vote...just makes it not as fun, because you can't vote on more than 1.
TruckFump20161 votesHonor is not really meaningful right now...people don't care much about giving or receiving it. Crests are nice but less common I think than they used to be since people rarely honor. And they don't because there is little incentive. It has just become a stat and a system that people don't prioritize.
