I have no problem with the shield as far as absorbing damage and negating spells but does anyone think that it last too long? I personally think it should be akin to Sivir's shield. You should use it when its needed and be punished for using it too soon.
I've see n many game where a Morgana gets away simply because its pointless to cast anything while her shield is up and it lasts so long that she gets a away.

u could always pop her shield by doing damage.... or chase her.... ive died as morg a few times because i popped it too soon and as i slowly run away they follow u till its over and kill ya... cuz, ya know... cd
No. It only blocks magic damage, unlike Sivir and Karma which blocks everything. That's not fair, her shield is unique to her kit and should stay that way. The time on her shield is just fine. Learn to bait the shield out and then go all in when its on CD, instead of complaining about it and hoping for a nerf.
