Possible Ideas for Quinn Buffs

Ok, so as a Quinn main, I do think Quinn is an amazing and underrated champion. However, I do realize she has many reasons NOT to be played at all. I do think a rework would be complete overkill, and could possibly change my thoughts on her. I do think that a few buffs would help her be the amazing champion Riot would wanted her to be. Here are my ideas on possible buffs. 1.) Make it so that when Quinn uses her E (Vault), she becomes untargetable. I do know that many people have already stated this, but there is a reason for it. It would benefit her immensely. There are already champions who can use some of their abilities to become untargetable like this (Ekko, Fizz, Bard, etc.) so the idea isn't new or broken. 2.) Add a cooldown reset to her Q and E abilities when she gets a kill with her ultimate or while using it. Often times, when Quinn uses her ultimate, it is a trade with you for the enemy you kill. Once you go in and kill them using a standard combo (E, Q, R with several autos between abilities), you are left with nothing to defend yourself with and will just flat out die immediately. However, a cooldown reset would allow her to kill that target and escape or go for another right after. I have been in many a chase, (where I'm chasing two people with my Ulti) and what happens is I might get one person using my Q and E, but right after I would get killed by the other person because I've used everything and have nothing to use on the other person.

EDIT: Honestly, I'd be happy if they just fixed all the bugs and problems she has mechanically.
