Why don't Vayne's Silverbolts scale of AD?
I recently made a post about tanky Vayne builds (http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/3VVbW9wi-tanky-adc-builds-are-destroyed-with-mom-and-sg-passive-becoming-unique) and when I was looking up why does it work so good, I found out her maxed W deals FLAT 12% of target's max. health. When Fiora was found a problem building tanky, her passive's base dmg went down and AD scaling up.
BUT I doubt noone did discuss this before since Vayne isn't a new champion at all and this was newer a problem. Could please someone explain to me why this treatment wasn't applied to her?
Edit: OK OK, I did not think people would be this stupid.... Of course I don't mean 12% +X % per AD!!! More like 3% +X % per AD.
).
Another thing is only 3 of these items are offensive and one of them are boots. So it gives 3 tanky items total which is way too much for an ADC, which might SOMETIMES buy one, when it needs it. I understand the build diversity, but if one build is squishy and deals damage and the second one is tanky and deals damage, it's obvious which one you will build and that deletes build diversity, it only need a proplayer to try it, regular players will notice it and BOOM the squishy build is nonexistent (hi Ekko).
