How in the holy hell is this a fair matchup?

Just, stare at that for a minute. Fiora has at least 900 games of experience, ekko has ~250, the rest of my team ~500, me ~1,100

Then their look at team. What is this?! How is this fair? Why am I put with a team that has around half to a quarter as much experience as I, and we're pit up against very experienced players?
