I need some advice

Last season, I managed to get to silver 1 from bronze 4. The climb was so easy, because I was playing vs bronzes. This season, I was placed in bronze 3 and can't seem to shake it. The problem is, I'm playing vs silvers who are in bronze like me. Since I'm playing people roughly around my skill level, I can't exactly climb. Any suggestions. Thanks :)
