Wierd thing going on with ARAM...

Background info: I'm Silver 1

I went into a ARAM lobby because I was waiting for a friend to finish a game. Everything was weird from the start. Everyone had the exact same summoners on the same keys. Even though I had Nunu, It showed I couldn't trade with anyone. Also, no one spoke at all. In the game, everyone on our and their team was downright awful. They would run into turrets, and from the get go would have a huge teamfight. They didn't know anything about the game. I used lolnexus and found out that they are level 30 but unranked. Is this a common issue, because it has happened to me twice in a row.
