Another reason why zed should be buffed

Zed certainly has a great win rate. That is because people don't know how to counter him. I once played as Syndra against zed today and all I need was to estimate the enemy zed to ult me and pop qss and use my e to knock him and he was so dead after that. I am not biased here, don't get me wrong but he has lots of counter late game and he needs early game power spike to kill enemies late game not totally relying on ultimate damage.

If people have any opinions, feel free to comment. I really want to hear Riot's decision because they might know how to manage this problem. Maybe they could nerf by increasing his w cooldown to make him less safer and more vulnerable to ganks and make his late game better.
