Zed 89th win rate-decrease in play rate and trouble in tank meta

Zed has thought to be "OP," since people started playing him and he got famous and with his wqe combo in lane. He got several nerfs and he already had 84 th win rate last patch. Now, his w shadow cooldown decreased, and his q got nerfed, I mean he got compensated but it was justified since if enemy gets hit by double q they deserve it, and starting from 10 minutes, he can't do anything when garen or olaf or any bruiser gets some armor. In late game, only one he could kill is ADC. People say he is OP since he get assassinate ADC easily but I mean can't nasus get a triple kill easily with few stacks and can't olaf fight baron easily and get penta when fed or is above 2 levels. Zed is assassin and he is supposed to assassinate ADC's so no one can complain. And without his ultimate he is......... SO, I THINK HE NEEDS A BUFF LATE GAME AND LEAVE HIM ALONE EARLY GAME.

oh, btw he has high ban rate and one of lowest win rate so it shows he is NOT OP, BUT HATED.

Nobody likes lane dominant champs especially those without mana restraints. This is why he is banned. Most players do not want to learn how to play against him they will much rather ban him.

It's not a matter of him being OP it's a matter of him having unhealthy gameplay

It's why Taric lost his point and click stun and now has a delay and effected area

They really just need to rework him to be healthier gameplay (it didn't help they removed one of his counter build items and nerfed the other one as well)

One reason his win rate is lowering a bit is because by the time someone plays him from him not being banned it usually means they are either out of practice with him or have none at all and chose him for his "op" status

The main issue with zed is his kits unhealthy state

He's a lane bully, he's extremely safe, he scales well into the late game, and he's extremely annoying to lane against. He's banned because of those reasons, and his winrate is low because of his high skill cap. If he had that high skill cap and a good win rate, then that would mean somethings wrong. Along with the fact that there are a lot of mid laners picking him up because of his "op" status.
