Lissandra R indicator + Yi Q while rooted

Liss can have free vision on Teemo, if she ulted him the last time. She only needs to hover with her mouse over R for her indicator to appear on Teemo´s current position. Making Teemo´s passive useless if she does it. Don´t know if there are other champs which can do the same.

Probably works on other stealth champs too. Probably works also as free vision on champs who can´t go invisible but just hide in a bush, behind a wall or in fog of war.

Perhaps it would be better to place her indicator on herself everytime she hovers with her mouse over her R. Don´t know of any other champs who can abuse indicators like that.

Why is Yi allowed to use his Q while rooted? I played Neeko today and he managed to Q me multiple times while he was rooted from my E (even though it just hit him and the vfx of the ability appeared on him).
