Its only 2 sec nerf on his E. With 45% CDR difference is only 1 sec.

because riot didn't make these nerfs with the intent of noticeable change for incompetent people, especially not ones that think E is what makes fizz strong

the only problem i see with fizz (and this is years of playing him)

his ult hitbox is ridiculous and has a slow along with knock up

I think they should do what they did with Taliyah, make his slows scale with AP, hp, or something else.

The Fizz hate is strong with this one. Anyway the E nerf is good and fixes part of the indirect buff Fizz got from CDR items. But that AA nerf is just...........terrible it doesn't fix part of Fizz's problem and will ultimately just make him clunkier to play and hard to last hit early.
