Yasuo and Luden's Echo

Now, I'm not saying AP Yasuo is now 100% viable, I'm just wondering if he's the fastest charger for it (seems like it, seeing as how that's the case for Statik Shiv, as well.)

Have you tried either Master Yi or Kalista with shiv? The Yi Q's pretty much max out the 100 charges every time and with kalista passive, attack speed, and somethjng to kite it's up very quickly.

I didn't test it, but afaik he shouldn't be able to proc it with his Q since it acts like a basic attack. At least that's how it works for Ezreal. And E isn't very spammable in a way to make Luden's Echo useful. Also I'd say Cassio would be the fastest Charger with 0.5s CD on her E on poisoned targets.

Tested it in a custom; item 3087 item 3285 item 3146 item 3152 item 3100 item 3089 [Someone suggested statik and it makes sense since his passive can still make the item very efficient; thought if you want more AP you could swap some runes for ms quints and then replace shiv with something like hourglass or maybe nashors?]

as long as you have minions (so uh, no fights in the jungle pls) you can E very quickly to charge up stacks (and with the spell vamp you can get around 360 heals with E proccing spellvamp fully :D ). I agree that Cassio might beat him in charging-speed, though, I forgot about her.

Velkoz charges it ridiculously fast. I might be wrong on this but I think the separate hits of his spells count as multiple cast IE first hit of W and then the second hit give you 2x charges.

Well one friend of mine has the plan to go shiv + Luden's yasuo and become the blast master.

Zyra is actually pretty fast on charging it to. Maybe not as fast as everyone else, but when she puts her seed down it counts. So putting down 2 seeds, and then Q and E will give her 80 charges for Luden's, as long as you run around while doing it all you should be able to fully charge it in a few seconds. The plants also proc the damage to, which not sure if it's a good or bad thing if the plant targets a minion instead of a champion lol
