Riot has not confirmed this, but it is. Most people get skins from their most played champions

Well I did get Leona and Trynda which I used to play but not recently. But also random skins of champs that I don't even own.

Well, then the formula seems to be a bit more random. But from my calculation i guess they give skins of recently played, skins of the best champs you play, and random. I got taric and warwick that i never play.

are you playing arams? would be interesting to know if they factor that in.

because ive only got skins from champions ive played at some point recently and my most played champions.

it could also be possible that the algorithm fills it with random champions if it doesnt find like 10 or 20 most played/top mastery champions.

Could be a possibility. I also got skins from champions i played at some point recently. I don't think aram factors in, but i have not been playing aram recently. One thing i do notice, is that riot gives the smallest discount in the champion you play the most. They are probably sure you will buy since you like that champion a lot. This increases their rp profit. Smart riot

that would explain why rugged garen is at 30%, dreadknight nasus at 40%

Not always, I've been trying to main all yordles, altough most of the skins was of yordles indeed, I did get a master Yi skin despite not touching him since All For one.

Not to mention that it's only worth 117RP.

For me, it was my most recently played ones with a random poppy/azir skin added in.

no, not really. on both my main and smurf, my best sales were for soraka skins, I don't really play Soraka. My worst sale was for my #1 champ kog maw, at 20%.

yes. the "very smart bot" basically took a look into your recent and generally top played champions with the highest mastery score and chose a couple at random.

it looks the same for me. i have darius, nasus, and garen skins. one for fiora, since shes still my 3rd highest mastery score from when i played her after her rework (even though i didnt touch her in a long time). same for ashe, and heimer who ive occationally played in bot and mid when i got secondary roles.

I play Twitch a LOT...and there's no "special" skin available for him... Quinn, Annie, Kayle, Heimendinger, Soraka and Sivir.

I've not touched Raka and Sivir in forever...so I think the system is based on your Mastery Scores with the champs.

It only skipped my top 3 (Lulu, Azir, Zac) because I own all of their skins already =P
